Se los contamos.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>[Actualizaci\u00f3n: la Nissan Frontier V6 ya ha sido confirmada para M\u00e9xico]<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nissan, pick-ups que duran\u2026 literalmente<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/foto-galeria\/nissan-frontier-las-generaciones-de-las-pick-ups-compactas-medianas-de-la-marca\/\"><strong>Nissan D21 Hardbody<\/strong><\/a> se mantuvo 12 a\u00f1os en el mercado estadounidense, tiempo en el cual gener\u00f3 una SUV \u2013la primera <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/foto-galeria\/la-nissan-pathfinder-y-sus-generaciones\/\"><strong>Pathfinder<\/strong><\/a>&#8211; y se gan\u00f3 una fama de durabilidad s\u00f3lo igualada por su hist\u00f3rica rival, la <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/toyota-hilux-modelo-2012\/\"><strong>Toyota Hilux<\/strong><\/a>. La misi\u00f3n de sustituirla fue bastante complicada. De hecho, el mercado recibi\u00f3 tibiamente a la pick-up <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/foto-galeria\/nissan-frontier-las-generaciones-de-las-pick-ups-compactas-medianas-de-la-marca\/\"><strong>D22<\/strong><\/a> en 1997, que adem\u00e1s estren\u00f3 un nuevo nombre: <strong>Frontier<\/strong>. Conserv\u00f3 la plataforma base y la oferta motriz, aunque costaba creer que no era una nueva generaci\u00f3n. Las formas cuadradas dieron paso a un perfil redondeado muscular, con nuevos faros, fascias henchidas, parrilla tubular y protecciones en los pasos de ruedas. En M\u00e9xico incluso convivi\u00f3 con la <strong>Hardbody<\/strong> y eventualmente la remplaz\u00f3 por completo. En 2004, como modelo 2005, lleg\u00f3 el momento de <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/foto-galeria\/nissan-frontier-las-generaciones-de-las-pick-ups-compactas-medianas-de-la-marca\/\">una nueva <strong>Frontier<\/strong>, la <strong>D40<\/strong><\/a>, que regres\u00f3 a las formas cuadradas en el frente, aunque conserv\u00f3 elementos como el rack opcional y los pasos remarcados. La <strong>Frontier<\/strong> se instal\u00f3 c\u00f3modamente en un segundo lugar del segmento, lejos de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=1k5zFuAaIeU\"><strong>Toyota Tacoma<\/strong><\/a>, pero tambi\u00e9n lejos del resto de su competencia, que incluso se redujo cuando Ford puso en pausa la <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/ford-ranger-sigue-provocando-turbulencias-en-el-segmento-de-camionetas-medianas\/\"><strong>Ranger<\/strong><\/a> y Dodge RAM jubil\u00f3 la <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/chrysler-deja-de-producir-la-ram-dakota\/\"><strong>Dakota<\/strong><\/a>. Es algo que s\u00f3lo en <strong>Nissan<\/strong> saben. Aun la mayor\u00eda de sus motores son de cuatro cilindros, <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/mercedes-benz-clase-s-2021-redefinir-al-sedan-de-lujo\/\"><strong>Mercedes-Benz<\/strong><\/a> si ofreci\u00f3 un <strong>V6 3.0T<\/strong> en su derivada, la <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/la-pickup-de-mercedes-podria-llamarse-clase-x\/\"><strong>Clase X<\/strong><\/a> (tambi\u00e9n hubo un derivado de <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/renault-presenta-la-nueva-pickup-alaskan-concept\/\"><strong>Renault, Alaskan<\/strong><\/a>). Esto nos lleva a pensar en cuestiones de homologaci\u00f3n por seguridad, pues recordemos que USA hay pruebas que no se realizan en otros pa\u00edses (Small Ovelap Test del <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/iihs-2021-tsp-y-tsp-mazda-hyundai-kia-ram-volvo-y-subaru-destacan\/\"><strong>IIHS<\/strong><\/a>), mientras que <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/global-ncap-pide-a-nissan-que-deje-de-fabricar-el-datsun-go\/\"><strong>Global NCAP<\/strong><\/a> eval\u00faan los da\u00f1os por atropellamiento.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/renaultalaskan2017.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-110373\" src=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/renaultalaskan2017.jpg\" alt=\"renault-alaskan-2017.jpg\" \/><\/a>\r\n<figcaption>Renault y Mercedes-Benz tuvieron su propia versi\u00f3n de la NP300<br \/><br \/><\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Buscando nuevo motor para la Frontier D40<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, <strong>Nissan<\/strong> no ten\u00eda un nuevo <strong>V6<\/strong> para acoplarlo con esta te\u00f3rica nueva generaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Frontier D40<\/strong>. El <strong>V6 VQ40DE<\/strong> 4.0 l de toda la vida no era muy avanzado, pero con <strong>261 hp y 281 lb-pie<\/strong>, ten\u00eda una potencia decente contra el resto de sus rivales. El <strong>V6 VQ35DE<\/strong> 3.5 l, muy utilizado en <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/nissan-maxima-40th-anniversary-despedida-o-celebracion\/\"><strong>Nissan<\/strong><\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iA9xrj2aKXw\"><strong>Infiniti<\/strong><\/a>, ten\u00eda una producci\u00f3n menor de par de <strong>246 a 274 lb-pie<\/strong>, Mismo caso del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=A9S2rZ_FCJQ\"><strong>VQ37VHR<\/strong><\/a>, con hasta <strong>276 lb-pie<\/strong>. Por supuesto, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pYSvebhJWAs\"><strong>Nissan<\/strong><\/a> cuenta con motores turboalimentados con m\u00e1s par motor, pero son m\u00e1s pensados para altas revoluciones que para el trabajo.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/nissanfrontier202202.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-110367\" src=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/nissanfrontier202202.jpg\" alt=\"nissan-frontier-2022-d40.jpg\" \/><\/a>\r\n<figcaption>Nissan someti\u00f3 a la D40 un redise\u00f1o total, aunque el motor hizo su debut el a\u00f1o-modelo anterior<br \/><br \/><\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un V6 m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o, pero m\u00e1s eficiente<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sin embargo, la <strong>Nissan Frontier<\/strong> no pudo mantenerse ajena a dos hechos. Primero, el renacimiento del segmento, que trajo de vuelta a la <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/la-ford-ranger-tremor-2021-y-su-competencia\/\"><strong>Ford Ranger<\/strong><\/a> y el lanzamiento de la <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/jeep-gladiator-ecodiesel-mas-torque-par-mas-mpg\/\"><strong>Jeep Gladiator<\/strong><\/a>, por lo que de pronto su competencia se renovaba y comenzaba a alcanzarla y superarla. Segundo, las cada vez m\u00e1s estrictas normas de <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/california-reta-a-trump-y-establece-acuerdo-para-reducir-emisiones\/\">emisiones y consumo<\/a>. <strong>Nissan<\/strong> finalmente present\u00f3 un nuevo <strong>V6 VQ38DD<\/strong> 3.8 l para la <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/video-galeria\/pick-ups-dinosaurio-probamos-nissan-frontier-pro-4x-vs-ford-f-250-tremor\/\"><strong>Frontier<\/strong><\/a>. Aunque la marca dice que no est\u00e1 relacionado con el 3.8 l <strong>VR38DETT<\/strong> del <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/presentan-el-renovado-nissan-gt-r-en-nueva-york\/\"><strong>GT-R<\/strong><\/a>, las medidas de di\u00e1metro por carrera son id\u00e9nticas: 3.76\u201d \u00d7 3.48\u201d (95.5 mm \u00d7 88.4 mm).<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/nissanfrontiernavaranp300202107.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-110370\" src=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/nissanfrontiernavaranp300202107.jpg\" alt=\"nissan-frontier-navara-np300-2021-d40.jpg\" \/><\/a>\r\n<figcaption>La NP300 tambi\u00e9n recibi\u00f3 un redise\u00f1o reciente<br \/><br \/><\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Frontier D40 vs. Frontier NP300<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Lo mejor es el nuevo <strong>V6<\/strong> que dej\u00f3 atr\u00e1s la arcaica transmisi\u00f3n de cinco velocidades, para dar paso a una nueva unidad de nueve relaciones. El nuevo motor se present\u00f3 \u00fanicamente para el a\u00f1o modelo 2021, como pre\u00e1mbulo a, por fin, una <a href=\"https:\/\/queautocompro.com\/video-galeria\/nissan-frontier-2022-pick-up-tomo-tiempo-en-llegar-v6-3-8-l-y-310-hp\/\"><strong>Frontier D40<\/strong><\/a> totalmente nueva\u2026 o casi. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=AExeEWJjzxE&amp;t=98s\"><strong>Nissan<\/strong><\/a> parti\u00f3 de la misma plataforma, pero agreg\u00f3 una carrocer\u00eda totalmente nueva de formas cuadradas, con una apariencia incluso m\u00e1s robusta que la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=OAdvY8eJQnU\"><strong>Titan<\/strong><\/a>, aunque las medidas no cambiaron demasiado.
